The best is not always fresh. We take great pride in all of our frozen goods, as we require our manufacturers to meet some very high standards, whether it is as simple as a petite pea, or as detailed as our hand-made hors d’oeuvres.

• Vegetables - An assortment of 30 different IQF vegetables and blends from around the world. Also included are fries, sweet potato fries, mashed potatoes, onion rings, tater tots, potato skins, breaded and battered mushrooms and more.
• Fruits - IQF, premium fruit offering consists of Jonathon apples, Marion blackberries, Freestone peaches, diced mango, strawberries, red raspberries, blueberries, cranberries and a berry blend.
• Ice Cream - The sweetest, creamiest selection in foodservice. Includes a wonderful selection of flavors available in tubs, novelties, gelatos and sorbets.
• Entrees - Fully prepared entrees include lasagna, stuffed cabbage, meatloaf, Salisbury steak, macaroni and cheese, stuffed shells, manicotti, ravioli and much more.
