Ingredients:

4 pieces Salmon Fillet, cut 6 ounces

2 each Shallots, minced
|
1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
|
To Taste Salt & Pepper
|
1 pinch Nutmeg
|
1 pinch Cloves, ground
|
¼ cup Butter, melted
|
As Needed Dry White Wine
|
Instructions:

|
Butter a baking dish and arrange salmon in dish.
|
Combine shallots, nutmeg, cloves, salt, pepper and lemon juice; sprinkle over fish.
|
Bake fish in preheated 325*F oven for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes.
|
Remove from baking dish to service plate.
|
Top with a recipe of Hollandaise Sauce and serve garnished with lemon and chopped parsley.
