Classic Pan Fried Sea Scallops

1 ½ LB Fresh Day Boat Dry Sea Scallops
To Taste Salt and Pepper
Dash Paprika
As Needed Butter or Cooking Oil
2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
1 T Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Heat butter or cooking oil in sauté pan over medium high heat.
Add scallops and cook for approximately 6 minutes turning occasionally.
Drain on paper towel, serve at once topped with the lemon juice and parsley.
