DRY CHERRY or CRANBERRY STUFFING (for pork chop)

Ingredients:

11/2 C Cubed stale bread
|
1/8 C Sliced Almonds
|
¼ each apple, peeled, cored, medium dice
|
¼ C Dried fruit of choice
|
¼ C Stock
|
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients - moisten with stock - use to
stuff pork chop - grill mark each pork chop on 1 side only and remove
to tray to bake to completion in oven |
