Ingredients:

4 pieces Fresh Swordfish Steaks, cut 1”” thick

¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
|
5 T Dijon Mustard
|
¼ cup Butter, melted
|
3 T Fresh Lemon Juice
|
2 T Dijon Mustard
|
Instructions:

|
Preheat gas grill or fire charcoal grill to hot coals.
|
Brush swordfish with lemon juice and spread one side with mustard.
|
Grill fish 4”-5” over hot coals with mustard side up
until opaque, approximately 12-15 minutes, moving once to create cross
hatch grill marks.
|
DO NOT TURN FISH OVER.
|
Remove fish to service platter with the mustard side down.
|
For sauce, heat butter, lemon juice and mustard in small, heavy saucepan.
|
Spoon sauce over Swordfish and serve immediately.
|
