Ingredients:

1 each American Kobe Ground Beef Burger 2-1
|
1 slice San Marco Italian Style Provolone
|
1 each Le Pan Europa Premium Kaiser Roll, butter toasted
|
1 T MarketSource Fresh Basil, Chiffonade cut
|
½ oz. Clipped and Cleaned Spinach, picked and blended with basil
|
1 slice “Ugly” Heirloom Tomato
|
1 leaf Clipped and Cleaned Leaf Lettuce Fillets
|
2-3 ozs. Roasted Red Pepper Mayonnaise “Euro Style”

Instructions:

Heat a chargrill or broiler and preheat for Kobe burger.
|
Grill Kobe Burger to desired internal doneness.
|
Top with Provolone cheese and melt.
|
On butter toasted Kaiser Roll bottom place the spinach and basil mix.
|
Set cooked Kobe burger on mix.
|
Top Kobe burger with Heirloom tomato slice and leaf fillet.
|
Spread lid of butter toasted Kaiser Roll with mayo.
|
Place on top of leaf fillet. |
