Ingredients:

2 LB Garden Chef Fresh Mashed Potatoes

2 Eggs, beaten
|
1 C San Marco Fresh Grated Parmesan
|
TT Salt and White Pepper
|
1 T MarketSource Fresh Thyme, chopped
|
1 tsp. MarketSource Fresh Oregano, chopped
|
1 tsp. Natural Pak Garlic Powder
|
Instructions:

Blend potatoes with eggs, cheese and herbs until incorporated.
|
Form into quenelles using a pair of spoons (approximately 2 ozs. each)
|
Place on greased baking sheet in 375*F oven and bake until 140*F internal temperature. |
