Sautéed Beef Tips Over Noodles

5 LB Brandt Fancy Steak Tips
2 LB MarketSource Sliced Onions
2 LB MarketSource Sliced Mushrooms
1 LB MarketSource Julienne Green Peppers
1 LB MarketSource Diced Tomatoes
3 T Fresh chopped garlic
½ C Fresh Chopped parsley
8 C Haserot Culinaire Demi-Glace
8 ozs. Butter
3 LB Kluski Noodles
Sauté the Steak tips until evenly browned.
Add the onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic - season with salt and pepper - sauté until soft.
Add tomatoes and demi-glace - simmer 5 minutes.
Finish with butter, adjust seasonings and serve over cooked Kluski noodles.
