Ingredients:

12 each MarketSource Leaf Lettuce Filets

2 each Tangerines, peeled, thinly sliced
|
2 each Kiwi peeled, thinly sliced
|
8 ozs. Cran-Berry Dressing
|
1/8 C Zest of tangerine skin
|
½ C Whole berry cranberry sauce
|
½ C Lowfat strawberry yogurt
|
Instructions:

Arrange leaf lettuce on 4 salad plates.
|
Lay slices of tangerine and kiwi over lettuce.
|
Spoon dressing over entire salad.
|
Garnish each plate with zest of tangerine.
|
For the dressing: Combine cranberry sauce and yogurt in blender, cover and blend until smooth.
