Tangerine/Grapefruit Ambrosia

12 each MarketSource Leaf Lettuce Filets
2 each Tangerines, peeled, segmented
2 each Ruby grapefruit, peeled, segmented
1 T Fresh mint, chopped
¼ C Juice of tangerine (1-2)
2 T Orange liqueur
2 tsp. Honey
4 each Sprigs fresh mint
1/8 C Zest of tangerine
Arrange leaf lettuce on 4 salad plates.
In bowl, toss together tangerine and grapefruit with chopped mint.
In separate small bowl, stir together juice, liqueur and honey.
Pour mix over fruit; toss gently.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Present over leaf filets (may be presented in compote dish if desired.).
Garnish each plate with zest of tangerine and mint sprigs.
YIELD: 4 salads
