Ingredients:

5 LBS Brandt fresh lean ground beef
|
2 Large onions, diced
|
3-5 Large green peppers, diced
|
2 T Garlic, minced
|
2 - # 10 cans California Red Kitchen Cut Tomatoes in Light Puree
|
1 - 4.4 LB bag Family Tradition 7 Bean Cuisine
|
2-3 T Cumin
|
¼ C Dark chili powder
|
¼ C Paprika
|
1-2 T Cayenne
|
2 T Salt
|
¼ C Jalapeno pepper, minced
|
2-3 C Haserot Beef Broth
|
Instructions:

|
Heat 2T cooking oil in heavy skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
|
Add garlic, onions, green and jalapeno peppers and cook quickly until soft - do not burn - stir often.
|
Add ground beef and cook for 3-5 minutes over medium high heat.
|
Drain off excess moisture and grease.
|
Add herbs and spices, stir in well, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
|
Add enough broth to cover meat - lower heat to medium - reduce liquid by 50% - stir occasionally.
|
Add kitchen cut tomatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
|
Add 7 Bean Cuisine - stir in well - reduce heat and simmer for additional 10 minutes.
|
Adjust thickness with remaining broth.
|
Adjust seasonings with salt and milled pepper.
